Responsibilities
- Tokenization, PAN masking, CVV/CVC validation for PCI-DSS compliance
- Leading testing for EMV chip & magstripe card workflows
- Working closely with business and product teams to ensure regulatory compliance and functional accuracy
- TS2 knowledge/experience is preferred

Leadership Experience
- Leading QA teams members across functional and automation workstreams
- Driving end-to-end test lifecycle from requirements analysis to production validation
- Coordinating across onshore-offshore delivery models
- Conducting test reviews, KT sessions, and training programs
- Managing defect triage meetings with developers and BAs
- Building test metrics dashboards and reporting KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with Agile Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Results-driven QA/Test Lead with 10+ years of total IT experience in software testing and quality assurance, including 5+ years of focused experience in the Card domain (Credit/Debit/Prepaid cards, Card Management Systems). Proven expertise in leading end-to-end test planning, test strategy, team management, and stakeholder communication for mission-critical financial applications.
