Project Manager Role
The project manager will be part of the European Project Management team, actively supporting and managing the implementation of large, complex projects with multinational partners. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and management of product/regulation rollouts.
- Develop project plans incorporating milestones and dependencies from cross-functional teams.
- Establish and rollout governance frameworks for projects.
- Create frameworks for managing risks and issues.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans.
- Manage project/program delivery to timelines, quality standards, and budgets, addressing issues and risks as they arise.
- Use KPIs to demonstrate progress and benefits realization.
- Handle project budgets, benefits realization, and change control.
- Provide status reports on milestones, success criteria, metrics, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Decisiveness in resolving business problems and making or driving decisions.
- Proven ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and communication skills at a senior level.
- Effective communication with global teams.
- Self-motivated with a track record of success within team environments.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Experience with software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, is preferable.
