The corporate development analyst will be an integral part of the team, actively participating in every aspect of Global Payments' M&A efforts. The team takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, and the analyst will work with more senior team members on small, fast-moving deal teams.
Responsibilities- Assisting in financial modeling and analyses
- Aiding in the preparation of presentations for Global Payments management and board of directors
- Performing industry and company research
- Interaction and coordination with colleagues across Global Payments, as well as external parties including investment bankers, private equity firms and other companies
Commitment to live and work in Atlanta, Georgia or London, United Kingdom.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree with a business degree preferred
- Familiarity with principles of valuation of public and private companies, including comparable companies and precedent transactions analyses
- Familiarity with FactSet, Capital IQ and Wall Street research
- Strong attention to detail
- Accountability and ownership of one's work product
- Ability to balance multiple fast-paced, unpredictable projects
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
