- Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done, combining AI agents with workflow and automation technologies where appropriate.
- Partner with different functions to identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic and automation solutions, and define future-state ways of working.
- Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI and automation solutions.
- Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for AI agents, automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and agent frameworks.
7 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, process design, solution design, or a related role. - Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong experience with AI agents, automation, workflow platforms, RPA, or other process automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision-making.
- It's a bonus if you have Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
