Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the Demolition, Civils and Scaffolding industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development and marketing strategies and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing marketing initiatives and enhancing our overall market position.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business tender opportunities by exploring online tender portals, expressing interest, reviewing tender opportunities, downloading the necessary documents and submitting proposals.
  • Production of high-quality submissions to support the business's winning work and project delivery activities, meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure all submissions follow corporate guidelines and branding where possible and are technically correct.
  • Create bespoke presentations where needed, organograms, visuals, case studies and company CVs as required.
  • Develop and maintain the company website, social media presence and advertising.
  • Develop company branding to enhance visibility and reputation.
  • Maintain the company QA System.

  • Proven experience in business development and marketing within the Demolition, Civils & Scaffolding industry is essential.
  • Must have a strong understanding of online tender portals, also reviewing and sourcing appropriate opportunities.
  • Experience in bid management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
