What We Are Looking For
Individuals with a passion for customer service who are energized by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment. What You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures
- Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
- Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
- Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
- Supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
- Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
