What We Are Looking For:
We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.
What You Are Responsible For:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Café.
- Making sure that safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with BP policies and procedures, is your top priority.
- Ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the store's operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
- Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level through getting the basics right and listening to our customers and driving continuous improvement.
- Support with the team's management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people related tasks.
