Strong leadership or retail experience. We are looking for managers who have the strength to support and energize a team to deliver on safety, customer, operational, and people activities.
What you are responsible for
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe. Ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority. Ensuring legal and safety compliance through all of the store’s operations (e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations). Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level by getting the basics right, listening to our customers, and driving continuous improvement. Supporting the team’s management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people-related tasks.
