Responsibilities Leading the team and managing all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe. Ensuring safety of yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures. Maintaining legal and safety compliance across store operations, e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations. Delivering excellent customer service by focusing on basics, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
