What We're Looking For

We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team and managing all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.
  • Ensuring safety of yourself, your team, and customers, in line with bp policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining legal and safety compliance across store operations, e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by focusing on basics, listening to customers, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Supporting team management, including engagement, development, training, recruitment, and other HR tasks.
