What will you be doing:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our administrative and customer service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for non‑billing customer inquiries during working hours, ensuring all communications are logged, managed, and escalated when necessary.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Producing and managing detailed customer reports, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Administrative Excellence: Supporting the flow of data between developers, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring timely and accurate uploads to AWIN’s systems.
  • System & Process Development: Developing and integrating new processes into the business, including managing trackers and ensuring all data, timelines, and contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaboration & Support: Assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks and collaborating across departments to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Out‑of‑Hours Support: Being part of the major incident response team, supporting water‑quality incident responses and coordinating alternative supply delivery when required.

The Person:

To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Fast‑Learning Mindset: A willingness to quickly understand new systems, processes, and industry‑specific knowledge.
  • Numerical & Data Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and experience working with data & reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel: Confidence in using Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder engagement.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with GIS and SharePoint will be an advantage.
