Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks (AWIN) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. Youll play a key role in supporting smooth communication and data management between developers, customers, and internal teams. This is a varied role where no two days are the same ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, learning on the go, and being part of a growing business.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Project Administrator, youll be at the heart of our administrative and customer service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for non-billing enquiries during business hours, delivering excellent service and logging/escalating queries appropriately.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain internal systems and trackers, produce accurate reports, and ensure all data is kept up to date.
- Administrative Support: Facilitate communication and information flow between developers, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders, updating AWIN systems as needed.
- Process Coordination: Support the development and improvement of internal processes, maintain key trackers, and assist with updates to system tools.
- Team Support: Work closely with colleagues across departments, providing admin support for ongoing projects and new initiatives as the business grows.
- Incident Support (occasional): Assist the out-of-hours response team during major water quality incidents, including helping to coordinate alternative water supplies.
