We are looking for an entry level CAD Technician to join our Asset team, supporting Gas, Fibre, Water, and Electrical infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in producing accurate as-laid drawings and maintaining essential network records.
The Person
- Producing digital as-laid drawings from site sketches & GPS data
- Using AutoCAD (2D) to create and update technical drawings
- Ensuring drawings are accurate and delivered to deadlines (KPIs/SLAs)
- Maintaining drawing records and internal databases
- Working closely with technical, operations, and client teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- AutoCAD preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- Utilities or construction experience (desirable, not essential)
