We are currently seeking an adaptable and detail orientated Project Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks (AWIN). This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with developers, residential customers, and stakeholders, while ensuring seamless administrative and customer support services. What will you be doing...
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our administrative and customer service operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Acting as the first point of contact for non-billing customer inquiries during working hours, ensuring all communications are logged, managed, and escalated when necessary.
- Data Management & Reporting: Producing and managing detailed customer reports, updating internal systems, and maintaining accurate data records.
- Administrative Excellence: Supporting the flow of data between developers, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders, while ensuring timely and accurate uploads to AWIN’s systems.
- System & Process Development: Developing and integrating new processes into the business, including managing trackers and ensuring all data, timelines, and contact details are accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration & Support: Assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks and collaborating across departments to adapt to evolving business needs.

To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. We are looking for individuals who have:
- Fast-Learning Mindset: A willingness to quickly understand new systems, processes, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Numerical & Data Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and experience working with data & reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel: Confidence in using Excel.
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder engagement.
- Organisational Skills: The ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with GIS and SharePoint will be an advantage.
