We are currently looking for a Cable Puller / Trainee Jointer to join our team working across Essex & Surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in the utilities sector, working alongside experienced jointers.
You will assist with cable pulling and support jointing activities, with the potential to train and progress in the future. Experience is desirable but not essential – we’re looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn.
What will I be doing?
Working as part of our team, you’ll assist in the delivery of electricity connection projects by:
- Pulling and laying LV cables on new connections and upgrades
- Supporting trained jointers with site preparation and tool handling
- Helping to ensure safe and tidy working environments
- Following safety procedures and company protocols
- Keeping work areas and vehicles clean and well-stocked
- Taking on opportunities for training and development in jointing
