The successful candidate will be a production engineer with a strong background in electronics, who thrives on the challenge of optimising the practical manufacture of electronics and cable assemblies to internationally recognised standards.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives for all aspects of product manufacture, from best practice for solder joints to determining and implementing any necessary in‑process functional testing. You will specify, commission and maintain production equipment, in‑house tooling and test fixtures.
