A leading manufacturer of specialist electronic equipment seeks a Graduate Production Engineer with a strong background in Electronics to join their growing team based close to Nottingham. The successful candidate will be a recent electronics graduate, who is keen and enthusiastic to start a career in electronic manufacturing.

With support from my client, you will undertake a range of continuous improvement initiatives for all aspects of product manufacture, including:

  • Best practice for solder joints
  • Determining and implementing necessary in-process functional testing

You will support and maintain production equipment, in-house tooling and test fixtures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions and preventive actions to resolve recurring production issues. You will also provide training and technical support to production operators and work with the design team.
