We are now looking for a Manager to support the Technical Publications Hub, managing the Technical Authoring team. This exciting position is offered on a permanent basis with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite). As the Technical Publications Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical content authoring services.
We are looking for a visionary leader to create a vision for technical publications, establish a strategy for its delivery, and set the standards required to deliver consistent technical publications. Success in this role will require you to build and maintain relationships across business units whilst developing your team’s product expertise.

Experience: As an experienced Technical Author and Leader, you will have strong experience working with Authoring tools such as Madcap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker. A proven track record in team leadership, performance monitoring and coaching skills is sought for this role.
Qualifications: Ideally you should have a Degree in engineering or technical discipline where English is native language; or a Qualification in English language or literature with a demonstratable technical portfolio.
Additional Information: Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.
Salary: c£60k, depend on experience, plus benefits
