We are now looking for a commercially minded contracts professional to join a growing, innovative business, where you'll be at the heart of supporting sales growth, managing contractual risk, and driving operational excellence.
In this highly collaborative role, you will serve as the primary commercial contracts partner to the Sales team, taking ownership of day-to-day contract matters and ensuring agreements are aligned with business objectives. You will have the opportunity to influence key commercial decisions, streamline processes, and work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Sales and senior leadership.
Working with contractual documents, you will review and report on standard sales contracts, put in place non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), agree contract amendments and support the Sales teams. You will work closely with all key stakeholders involved in the sales and contractual agreements, including due diligence, partner approval forms, agreements, tender reviews, vendor forms and other contractual supporting documents.
This role would suit a Contract Specialist who has worked in a commercial legal office, supporting the legal team or company solicitors, with contractual documentation. A Bachelor’s Degree and a background in Law would be the preferred qualification, coupled with 3 or more years of experience drafting and evaluating contractual documents.
