We are looking for an organized, detail-driven Live Studio Production Scheduler to support live studio production operations for a global content brand based in Soho, Central London. This is a 12‑week temporary cover position running from June through August 2026. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily scheduling operations, responsible for maintaining the master production schedule and ensuring that information is accurately transferred to the appropriate public‑facing platform in a timely and accurate manner. Because your output is customer‑facing, precision and consistency are non‑negotiable in this role. You will work closely with on‑site production teams and occasionally coordinate with the global scheduling team in the United States. This is a Monday through Thursday on‑site role in Central London, with Fridays remote. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm with a 1‑hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring it is accurate and up to date at all times.
- Transfer scheduling information to the appropriate public‑facing platform in a timely and accurate manner.
- Send out weekly and monthly schedules to relevant team members and proactively flag and resolve any conflicts or issues before they impact operations.
- Align global production schedules with on‑site programming plans and updates.
- Support special programming initiatives and cross‑functional projects as needed.
- Assist with schedule planning and internal communications around key content launches and program reveals.
- Collaborate with the US global scheduling team on an as‑needed basis to ensure consistency across markets.
- Support Programming Managers with ad‑hoc coordination tasks.
Required Qualifications And Experience
- 2+ years of experience in live studio production.
- 2+ years of experience in live studio production scheduling, studio production support, or a related production coordination role.
- Must have strong proficiency in Google Sheets, which is the primary scheduling tool for this role.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Calendar, and Gmail.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in customer‑facing or high‑visibility output.
- Comfortable working within established systems and processes without needing to reinvent the workflow.
- Understanding of how scheduling changes create downstream effects across production operations.
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.
- Experience coordinating with remote or international teams.
