About the role

Are you organised, tech‑savvy, and passionate about helping others get the best out of their systems? We’re looking for a People Systems Support to join our People Systems Team and play a key role in keeping our People systems running smoothly. If you love troubleshooting, improving processes, and supporting colleagues, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll provide administrative, technical, and process support across our HRIS and ATS, acting as the first point of contact for system queries, troubleshooting, updates, and guidance. You’ll help keep People operations accurate, efficient, and compliant while supporting enhancements, training, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, maintaining clear records of queries, resolutions, and process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate more complex cases to the People Systems Manager.
  • Support communication of system changes, release notes, and project updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Support the delivery of training for new features and system updates.
  • Help develop user guides, training content, and support materials.
  • Assist during system rollouts to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Support GDPR compliance, data governance, and audit requirements.
  • Help conduct data quality checks and work with teams to resolve issues.
  • Assist with system configuration and maintenance across platforms (e.g., MyJ, Pinpoint).
  • Support system integrations and implementation activities, including acquisitions.

What we need from you

Essential

  • Experience supporting users or customers with technical or system queries.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to independently prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident IT capability.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to follow structured processes while accurately documenting, tracking, and following up on tasks.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to escalate when needed.
  • Experience supporting training delivery or creating guidance materials.
  • Understanding of data security, confidentiality, and accuracy.
