About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Credit Controllers with a variety of day‑to‑day administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to prove themselves in a fast‑paced finance environment and develop strong experience within credit control, customer account management, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening new customer accounts.
- Logging customer queries and directing them for resolution.
- Responding promptly and accurately to internal and external queries.
- Processing incoming remittances.
- Inputting electronic invoicing data.
- Issuing final demands on top service.
- Preparing legal packs.
- Chasing customers for any failed Direct Debit payments.
- Monitoring 3 Credit Control inboxes.
