We’re looking for a proven, results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Key Account Management team, taking full ownership of an exciting portfolio of leading Ecommerce clients. This is a full‑time, permanent role based at one of our ASC locations in Bradford, Sheffield, or Corby, operating within a flexible hybrid working model. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of £65,000–£75,000 (DOE), along with eligibility for our commission scheme, giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for your success.
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding deep, multi‑layered relationships with our strategic clients. Your focus will be on driving engagement, enhancing retention, and uncovering profitable growth opportunities across their businesses. A strong understanding of each client’s strategic priorities will be essential. By aligning our services to their roadmap, you’ll ensure our solutions are embedded across their wider supply chain—delivering meaningful value and reinforcing long‑term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business strategies and identify commercial opportunities
- Communicate requirements and performance through reporting, forecasting, and progress updates
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and the wider ASC teams, ensuring clear communication of opportunities and expectations on behalf of our clients
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver service improvements, grow revenue, and reduce retention risks to maintain quality standards and service level agreements
- Create innovative solutions and propositions across all brands within the Re‑Use loop, and wider Reconomy group to foster loyalty
- Identify cross‑functional development opportunities to enhance value and secure new revenue streams

- Understanding of supply chain processes and client‑oriented operations
- Excellent commercial acumen with a strong ability to identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities for maximum growth
- Trusted advocate for the business and clients with proven ability to build long‑term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning solutions
