We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. You’ll support a wide range of HR activities, manage systems, and help keep communication flowing across the business – playing a key role in driving smooth HR operations and supporting organisational growth.

We’re looking for someone with strong admin skills, great communication, and HR systems experience, who is highly organised and eager to develop their HR career. This is a full‑time FTC until year‑end, offering £28,000–£31,000 (DOE), Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00, fully on‑site in Bradford (BD12, Low Moor). While initially fixed‑term, this role offers a real chance to make an impact, grow your skills, and potentially secure a permanent position for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update HRIS systems including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Assist with recruitment processes by supporting data entry, applicant tracking, and onboarding procedures
  • Coordinate employee records management, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements
  • Support social media management related to employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Facilitate communication between HR department and other organisational units through written correspondence and meetings
  • Organise training sessions, workshops, and other HR‑related events
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Assist in the preparation of reports related to staffing, turnover, and other HR metrics
What we need from you:
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems
  • Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and management within HR software
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, capable of liaising effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with human resources principles and practices
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles is advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
