Do you have the proven ability to motivate and support a team within a logistics environment? Are you wanting to work for a company who pride themselves on their people, customers and excellent standards? Here at Advanced Supply Chain Bradford, we are looking to welcome a Team Manager on a permanent, full-time basis working across either:
- Monday–Friday 6am–2pm shift
- Tuesday- Saturday 2pm/10pm (Sunday/Monday Rest days)
- Sunday - Thursday 2pm/10pm (Friday/Saturday rest days)
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary of £33,000 along with a structured development plan that includes training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
As our Team Manager, you will report directly into our Operations Managers and will be helping to support them and the wider team by managing the Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives, making sure they remain engaged, organised and motivated. Our Team Manager will be driving and delivering on our expectations, making sure your department are meeting agreed customer service level agreements to allow us to continue delivering exceptional services for our customers.
Understand, and be responsible for, all key operational processes and procedures in your area.
