Do you have a natural flair for building and maintaining strong client relationships? Are you passionate about delivering a best-in-class service and going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations? This is a full-time, permanent on-site role, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £40,000–£45,000. The position also includes a structured development plan, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations confidently and professionally, always staying aligned with agreed service levels.
- Take ownership of invoice controls, ensuring all processes and materials are captured accurately and on time, as agreed with each customer.
- Represent the business in customer meetings both on-site and off-site, building strong relationships and driving engagement.
- Deliver clear, insightful monthly reports that break down KPIs and SLAs, backed by solid data analysis.
- Keep site operations fully informed with clear, accurate instructions that empower them to perform at their best.
- Work closely with the Site Planning Manager to ensure resource planning is aligned with customer forecasts and operational needs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- You’ve worked in a similar role before, juggling multiple customers and keeping things running smoothly.
- Comfortable using IT systems to pull data, input info, and keep things up to date.
- You’re a strong communicator — whether it’s over email, phone, or face-to-face, you get the message across.
- You know your way around warehouse processes and understand the day-to-day of the operations.
- Experience in a 3PL environment is a big plus.
