As Client Development Director, you’ll lead a portfolio of high-profile fashion clients, overseeing returns operations across multiple warehouses. It’s about deepening relationships, expanding services, and helping customers overcome operational challenges as their volumes and ambitions grow. As a trusted senior contact, you’ll support clients through peak, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with operations, solutions design, and finance to turn issues into opportunities — driving service excellence, incremental revenue, and true long-term partnerships.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working, with site presence at our Bradford (BD12) location. The package includes a salary of £95,000–£105,000, car allowance, and an opportunity to earn a bonus, alongside a structured development plan with clear opportunities for progression.

  • Develop and deliver long-term client strategies that drive retention, sustainable growth, and profitability.
  • Lead strategic business reviews, QBRs, and joint planning sessions to align priorities and identify future opportunities with key customers.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for high-impact customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and protecting long-term relationships.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, balancing customer needs with operational capability and commercial objectives.
  • Align cross-functional teams around shared customer outcomes, service excellence, and commercial goals.

You bring proven experience in a similar senior commercial or client-facing role, ideally within a comparable environment and customer base. You have a strong commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of revenue generation, cost management, and key financial metrics, using this insight to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
