At Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), we help protect patients and healthcare professionals worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer, ideally based in the North West England, to deliver expert support for our advanced medical systems.

Territory: Northern England (M62 Corridor: Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Leeds, Sheffield)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform maintenance, installations, and system validations
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and connectivity/network issues
  • Manage your service territory and customer relationships
  • Support integration of equipment within hospital IT environments

What You Bring:

  • Ideally experience working on low temperature sterilisation systems
  • 3+ years’ experience in field service or technical engineering
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of networking (IP, connectivity, interfaces)
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently
