Under close supervision and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations, and ASP policies, procedures, and guidelines, this position:
- Manufactures subsets of the biological indicator in accordance with cGMP procedures, including but not limited to: Spore inoculation, Agar pour plate preparation, Preparation of sub-assemblies and raw materials.
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures and maintains laboratory equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Conducts daily area clean-up in accordance with established cGMP procedures.
- Conducts inventory reconciliation checks and restocks lab supplies.
- Prepares and reviews batch records in accordance with cGDP.
- Supports test method development or validation, problem investigation, or inspection as directed by the supervisor.
- Communicates business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Ensures personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory (wet chemistry lab, microbiology lab, or reagent manufacturing).
- Cell culture industry experience is preferred.
