We are looking for two reliable and detail-focused Operations Assistants to support our office and operations team. These are part-time roles working 2:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with options available for 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
Salary: £13.45 per hour, connected to the real living wage rate. This is equivalent to approximately:
- 3 days per week: £141.23 per week / £7,343.70 per year
- 4 days per week: £188.30 per week / £9,791.60 per year
- 5 days per week: £235.38 per week / £12,239.50 per year
The role will involve a mix of office administration, document processing and office cleaning. Around half of each shift will be focused on helping to keep our office clean, tidy and well stocked.
Main duties will include:
- Supporting our shipping team with enveloping, packing and dispatching documents
- General office administration, including shredding, digital filing and other support tasks
- Removing wastepaper and helping maintain a tidy office environment
- Cleaning the kitchen and shared office areas
- Keeping the dishwasher running and putting items away
- Replenishing kitchen and office supplies
- Supporting the wider team with practical day-to-day tasks
