  • There are already several exciting projects underway, including Career Pathways, Knowledge and Skills Assessments, internal learning content, and Skills Badging, giving you a strong foundation to build from.
  • Alongside this, you’ll support wider People and business improvement activity, including accreditation and compliance work across areas such as ISO standards, B Corp, and internal process improvement.
  • You’ll also contribute to the commercial side of the business by helping create onboarding and learning content for our customers and supporting the development of our Digital Badging product, using your HR and L&D insight to help shape how organisations can track skills, learning, progression, and professional development.

What you bring:

  • A desire to innovate and improve how people learn, develop, and progress.
  • Experience in operational HR and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, training, development, or employee review processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
