We are currently working with a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Wednesbury, who are expanding their team and seeking an experienced Structural fabricator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and fabrication processes.
• Assemble and fabricate metal structures, components, and frameworks according to design specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment, including saws, drills, and welding machines.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on fabricated products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Structural Fabricator or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.) and fabrication machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in fabrication and welding (preferred).
