We are seeking a dedicated Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer to join a leading manufacturing team in the Brierly Hill area. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings and paint spraying to various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail. The Job Role * Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as required * Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently, applying coatings evenly across components * Maintain and calibrate spray guns and other application tools to ensure consistent quality * Inspect finished products for defects, colour consistency, and adherence to specifications * Assist with surface preparation tasks such as blasting or priming when necessary * Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations * Experience/Requirements * Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding processes * Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, and construction painting techniques. * Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during coating processes * Previous warehouse experience or background in manufacturing environments preferred * Ability to operate welding equipment and use various hand tools effectively * Knowledge of safety procedures related to powder coating...
