Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and drawings.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any defects or issues with components or finished products to supervisors.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding assembly processes.
- Full U.K driving licence is essential as this role will involve travelling.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools is required for effective assembly work.
- Previous experience in assembly or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output in all tasks undertaken.
