Due to growth and continued success, Advanced Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients in the Dudley Area.
We are seeking a permanent Quality Inspector to join our client's existing team.
The daily duties will include
- The authority to stop production to correct quality problems
- Visual checking
- Quality checks
- Thickness checks
- First Off dimensional checks
- Random dimensional checks
- Final dimensional checks/Final Inspection
- Paint thickness checks if required
- Supports Goods Inwards
Experience needed
- Previous quality background in a Welding and Fabrication Background
- Previous Pipe background is desireable
- Able to interpret machined part engineering drawings, processes and procedures
- Good knowledge in computer skills and use of basic tools like Excel, Word
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
