ARM is recruiting for an experienced WITS Coordinator to join a major energy and infrastructure project in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction information systems specialist to support the delivery of a large-scale engineering project. You will manage project information systems supporting construction planning, progress measurement, reporting, quality management, and material traceability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain construction information systems.
- Train project personnel on system use and best practice.
- Manage project data covering quantities, planning, progress, and reporting.
- Ensure information is updated from engineering, subcontractor, and site sources.
- Produce progress, productivity, and performance reports.
- Verify data accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, warehouse, and construction teams.
- Support manhour reporting, productivity monitoring, and material traceability.
- Maintain systems associated with welding, spooling, and materials management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WITS Coordinator, Integrated Systems Specialist, or similar.
- Experience within EPC, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction reporting and progress measurement.
- Knowledge of welding records, spooling systems, material traceability, or mechanical completion is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
