We are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join a leading consultancy in Bristol on a temporary basis. You will support projects across the Midlands, Southwest, and Wales, delivering across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, transport, and defence.
What you will do:
- Design and specify electrical building services (power, lighting, life safety, telecoms, security).
- Produce calculations, drawings, and reports using Amtech, Dialux/Relux, NBS, and Revit.
- Conduct site inspections and manage project delivery within time and budget.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
What we are looking for:
- Degree-qualified Electrical/Building Services Engineer (Chartered preferred).
- Strong design and software capability.
- Consultancy or contractor design experience.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and decarbonisation methods.
