We are seeking an experienced Programme Benefit Lead to join a major national transformation programme. Working within the PMO, you will lead benefits management activities, ensuring benefits are identified, measured, tracked and realised throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead benefits identification, baselining and realisation activities.
- Track and report programme benefits.
- Work closely with programme leadership, project managers and business change teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
- Support delivery within a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- 5+ years' experience in benefits management.
- Experience working on large, complex programmes.
- APMG Managing Benefits qualification preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Public sector experience desirable.
- SC Clearance required.
- Occasional travel within England and Wales may be required.
