We are recruiting for an Audit Senior on behalf of our client. In this role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Leading audits and guiding teams at client sites.
- Allocating tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and offering support as needed.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members, identifying key issues, and communicating these to the Supervisor/Line Manager.
- Providing supervision and training to other students, ensuring they receive valuable work-based learning experiences.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who ideally possesses the following qualities:
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified, with at least one year of audit experience from a UK Accountancy Firm.
- Proficiency in IT and familiarity with computerised accounting packages.
- The ability to work independently, with a flexible approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
