We’re looking for a proactive, target-driven Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, account re-engagement, and strong pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through proactive outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Re-engage dormant/lapsed accounts and recover lost revenue.
- Manage and grow key accounts via upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver fast enquiry acknowledgement and accurate, high-quality quotations.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline with daily updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend customer visits/events.
- Proven B2B sales experience (parts/technical products ideal).
- Strong outbound sales background with a growth mindset.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Organised, resilient and motivated by achieving targets.
- CRM-savvy and comfortable managing a structured pipeline.
- Experience in marine, power generation, oil & gas or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of engines, turbochargers or mechanical components.
