ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Reward And Recognition Partner to join a fast paced team.
The Role:
- Support the production of annual reporting associated with reward such as Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting.
- Work closely with external reward partners to ensure services/products provided are the best they could be for colleagues.
- Complete job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing feedback and working with leaders on the outcomes.
- Manage external salary survey submissions and work with providers on their requirements.
- Oversee reward queries and challenges, working with the wider People team as required to explain methodology, processes and outcomes.
- Develop and implement reward initiatives, working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Reward or HR related role.
- CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience of successfully managing multiple projects at once.
- Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management or recognition preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships, inspiring confidence, and respect with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of HR systems or benefit management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
