A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly respected Corporate Tax team in London. The firm is recognised for its forward-thinking approach, collaborative culture and strong presence across high-growth sectors including technology, energy & utilities, mobility, financial services, life sciences and healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while developing leadership capability and commercial influence.
The Opportunity:
- Advise on a wide range of transactional and advisory tax matters, including domestic and cross-border structuring
- Lead on complex matters and work closely with Partners on strategic and high-profile transactions
- Support junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence
- Build and strengthen client relationships across key sectors
Ideal Profile:
- Significant post-qualification experience in corporate tax, ideally from a leading firm
- Strong technical tax expertise supported by commercial awareness
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple demands effectively
