A leading UK rail operator is seeking an Engineering Contracts Manager to oversee rolling stock leasing, maintenance, and modification contracts. You will provide expert commercial and contractual advice, support business planning, and manage relationships with suppliers and ROSCOs. The role includes supervising the Rolling Stock Contracts Manager and liaising with Finance to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
Key Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent; professional qualification in Engineering/Contract Management desirable
- 5–7 years’ experience in engineering or commercial contracts, preferably in rail or transport
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex contracts and provide strategic advice
