We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Designer to join a high-profile programme within the aerospace and defence sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Designer with strong DDaT experience to work across complex, multidisciplinary environments, shaping end-to-end services and helping organisations align user needs, business objectives and technology constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service design activities across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live.
- Develop service maps, user journeys, service blueprints and end-to-end service models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, technology and policy.
- Provide professional advice on service design approaches, risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate service design activities to meet agreed time, quality and business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions and decision-making forums.
- Support the development of service design practice and mentor junior team members.
- Use evidence, research and insight to help shape decisions and prioritisation.
