SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR – WEST MIDLANDS/ SOUTHWEST/ SOUTH WALES/ NORTHWEST – PERMANENT – £40,000 – £65,000 ARM are working with a major global infrastructure consultancy and we are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Building Surveyor to join the team in a number of locations (Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newcastle & London) on a permanent basis. About You: You will be a MRICS accredited Chartered Building Surveyor work significant post-graduation experience, providing a full range of building surveying work. You will have experience of working on major projects and will have carried our condition and measured surveys. Your work will have included anything from statutory applications to party walls to asset management. You will be able to use AutoCAD, NCS and ideally be able to use REVIT. What you will be doing: This position will see you providing building surveying expertise to both existing and new clients, providing a full range of surveying services. As a senior you will also be supporting more junior staff. This position will be based from either their Bristol, Newcastle, Cardiff, Birmingham or London offices. There will be some travel to carry out your duties and travel costs for this are expenses. There is also some home working (hybrid) on this role also. What you can expect in return: The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £65,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability for the role. On top of this is an excellent range of generous benefits such as pension, holiday, health and other benefits. The company also has a large surveying department and offers genuine career progression and the ability to build your own billing clients. FYI, London candidates will be considered at a maximum of £65,000 whereas other UK locations will be at a maximum of £60,000 per year.
