Our client, a large UK Aerospace company, is looking for a SAP (S4) specialist with experience in SAP - PP, SAP-MM & SAP-QM to assist on Production Planning projects.
Responsibilities:- Operates as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning, providing professional advice and making recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition.
- Design and develop business/process enhancing solutions within SAP.
- Deliver early life support for new solutions.
- Support established in-house developed solutions.
- Add value to existing business processes/procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the management of third party and internal suppliers.
- Provide early life support for new Business Solutions.
- Provide support for data migration projects as and when required.
- Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs.
- Influencing and negotiating with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning.
- Ability to challenge/respond to challenges on process issues.
- Working with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
- Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within own specialty.
