We are recruiting on behalf of a leading shipbroking firm renowned for its unparalleled market expertise, global network, and commitment to innovation and client service. They are seeking a driven S&P Broker to join their London-based team and contribute to their already highly profitable and successful Sale & Purchase team.

We are seeking an experienced S&P shipbroker to join a global, market-leading team active across tankers, dry bulk, containers, and other sectors. The role offers the chance to take ownership of your client relationships and utilize comprehensive resources to win and close complex transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven S&P broking experience with a track record of deal origination and closure.
- Strong commercial understanding of shipping markets and vessel trades—dry bulk, tanker, or containers preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ambitious and self-driven, with a passion for shipping and long-term career growth.
