Rolling Stock Engineer – Vehicles
Location: Stratford, London
Contract: 6‑month rolling contract
An experienced Rolling Stock Engineer is required to join a Vehicles Engineering team supporting a major urban rail operator in London. The role will focus on providing technical support across rolling stock systems, including maintenance support, defect investigation, engineering change, and compliance within a safety‑critical environment.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in rolling stock / vehicles engineering
- Strong understanding of rolling stock systems
- Experience working in regulated rail environments
- Ability to support fault investigation, assurance, and technical reporting
- Confident working with depots, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Experience within metro or large passenger fleet environments is desirable.
