Overview
A major transformation programme at Stansted is seeking a Risk Lead to drive proactive risk management across the programme. You’ll lead the risk team, facilitate workshops, manage the risk database (riskHive), provide training, and deliver both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor the programme risk team.
- Run monthly project and programme risk workshops.
- Maintain the riskHive database and produce monthly QCRA and quarterly QSRA reports.
- Support continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
What You Need
- Diploma/degree or equivalent experience in risk management.
- Experience on major infrastructure projects (Transport, Energy, or Infrastructure).
- Skilled in ISO31000-aligned risk processes, QRA, and risk reporting.
- Confident communicator, analytical thinker, highly organised, and able to work under pressure.
