We are seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of domain integration capabilities within a complex Digital Engineering environment.

The role requires strong delivery management experience, working across engineering, IT, manufacturing, and external partners to deliver integration roadmaps and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

  • 5+ years' experience as a Delivery Manager, Integration Manager, or similar within aerospace, defence, or another complex engineering environment.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, domain integration, engineering data flows, interoperability, Digital Engineering environments, and data exchange architectures.
  • Experience coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of cyber security, export control, information classification, intellectual property protection, data segregation, and secure information exchange.
  • Experience managing integration roadmaps, delivery plans, prioritised backlogs, and supplier relationships.
  • Understanding of engineering processes and Digital Engineering ecosystems.
  • Service Management experience (ITIL or equivalent) and Project/Programme Management experience (APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Active SC clearance is essential.
  • SAFe Agile certification or experience.
  • Experience within aerospace, defence, or other regulated, safety-critical industries.
  • Knowledge of Digital Thread, Digital Continuity, Enterprise Architecture, or Information Systems Architecture.
  • Experience managing System Integrators and working within multinational, highly secure environments.
