Rate: Up to £79 per hour (Inside IR35) We are looking for an experienced Project Security Consultant to support the delivery of security governance, assurance, and risk management across high-profile UK programmes.
Key Responsibilities Act as the security lead for assigned projects.
Manage project security risks and maintain Security Management Plans and Risk Registers.
Support security governance, audits, assurance activities, and gate reviews.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory security requirements.
Produce security reports, dashboards, and updates for project stakeholders.
Work with customers, suppliers, and internal security teams to deliver effective security assurance.
Provide security input to project planning, change control, and delivery activities.
Essential Experience Experience supporting security governance within project or programme environments.
Strong background in security risk management and maintaining risk registers.
Experience producing security documentation and supporting audit and assurance activities.
Ability to communicate security risks and governance updates to senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of threat intelligence and security incident management.
Qualifications Comp TIA Network+, Comp TIA Security+, ISACA CRISC, or an equivalent security qualification.
